Most computer instructors either
know a lot, BUT don't have a clue as to how to communicate, Or, they're good communicators, but don't know their material.
I, however, am a rarity in this profession in that I A) have been in this business 40 years (starting with mainframes in 1962 in Boston)
B) am a Master at communicating what I know (literally, I have a Master's Degree with HONORS IN TEACHING from Harvard University), and have studied the art of communication for decades.
C) know how difficult it is to understand computer stuff: even after 40 years I still tear my hair out trying to understand so-called computer "instructions".
C) DO know how to organize and present material so as to make it clear and memorable for you.

Payment for all courses is due in full by the end of the first class. Students have 1 year to take all courses for which they have paid. All classes are on-site (your place), unless you prefer to have them at my San Rafael office.
